When advertising your property to potential guests, one of the most critical factors that those guests look for is the location of the property. As these potential guests search through various websites like Airbnb, VRBO, and more, they’re constantly looking for the optimal combination of value & location to ensure their family or group has a memorable vacation. This is where drone work comes in. 

As guests peruse through different listings that offer them a place to rest their head while on their vacation, they’ll see a lot of the same things. They’ll likely see some internal photos, a few of the sides or front of the property, many of which are likely outdated or poor quality photos (we could get into a whole separate conversation about that, but that’s for another day). However, if you allow them to visualize their vacation location from above, you’re opening up a whole new sense to appeal to them. This is why drone footage and drone photography is one of the highest value separators in real estate.
