Co-hosting can be a great alternative to the traditional methods of managing and maintaining a short-term rental, like owning and operating fully on your own, or hiring a full-service property manager to take care of everything. While there is typically more involvement of the owner when working with a co-host, the benefits can be great and the relationship can create a more cost-effective solution than working with a full-service property manager (which we are not, but we know some we could introduce you to if you’d rather have that).
